Where is delivery?
We deliver to Germany and the EU.
How can I return my order?
Of course you can send your order back to us. Write us a short e-mail to info@mywicks,de
(Personalized wicks are non-returnable)
I am a business customer within the EU, how can I shop without VAT?
Please send us your order with your VAT. Id. No. to info@mywicks.de. We will then take care of everything else.
How can I track my delivery?
After we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with a link to track the shipment.
How do I find the right wick size?
How well your candle burns depends on various components such as wax, scented oil or whether you color your candles, so we always recommend that you order samples first so that you can test which wick is right for you.
